Phosphatidic Acid is a naturally occurring phospholipid, a type of fatty acid with a phosphate bond and is a component of multiple cellular membranes. It is found in trace amounts in soy lecithin among other foodstuffs, however, the amounts occurring in food are not sufficient to generate the anabolic response shown in various studies.
