Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is an essential Fatty Acid with a number of fat-burning effects. Research has shown CLA to enhance fat loss whilst preserving lean muscle. The potential beneficial effects of CLA on human health have been widely investigated and proven effective in weight management.
