The Pilates-Effect Cadillac offers a wide range of exercises that challenge the core abdominal muscles, help to develop spinal flexibility and increase muscle tone and posture. From simple spring assisited sit-ups to advanced acrobatics the Cadillac can benefit people of all ages and abilities.

The Pilates-Effect Cadillac is the most advanced in its field. As well as standard features the Pilates-Mad Cadillac is equipped with a number of special features designed to help improve the students work:

* A folding head rest that extends beyond the end of the bed, enabling greater diversity of exercises when working with the roll down bar.
* Padded Swing bar and the Roll Down Bar for added comfort

Materials:
The bed frame is made from solid North American Maple Wood
All the metal parts of the bed and the swing and roll bars are made of finest quality 304 Stainless Steel rather than inferior chromed steel as found on other Cadillacs
All Pilates-Mad Springs are made from the finest nickel plated German steel for durability and smooth resistance.
Available ex stock in black vinyl only though a choice of 5 colours of vinyl or leather are available by special order.

8 springs (2 blue; 2 red; 2 soft long yellow springs for feet; 2 strong for trapeze), 2 Padded footstraps, swing-bar (with padded EPDM foam), Wooden roll-bar, trapeze (incl 2 padded hand-straps + 1 padded foot-straps), upholstered folding head-rest.

Bonus Extras - save over £80
Unlike other companies we include a padded foot stop, which inserts in to the cadillac frame and a removeable foot strap that goes around the bed. These options often cost around £150!
