OLIMP TOP MASS is a composition of easily assimilated, natural ingredients such as egg protein, milk protein, hydrolysed whey proteins containing polypeptides and free amino acids, mono-, oligo-, and polysaccharides, fruit powders, glucose, and fructose. The product contains substances enhancing its effects, so-called metabolic activators: L-carnitine and lecithin which delivers choline and inositol. The product is supplemented by vitamins and minerals, including trace elements (chromium, molybdenum, selenium) in quantities ensuring the normal course of metabolic processes during vigorous physical exercise. MCT oil, containing medium-chain fatty acids, delivers the double amount of energy in comparison with carbohydrates and saves glycogen stores in the body. The concentrate does not contain any added sucrose, and its sweet taste has been enhanced by the addition of crystalline fructose and of aspartame. Fructose is a valuable ingredient of such nutritional formulas because it is a slowly assimilated sugar metabolised whether insulin is present or not – it is a backup energy source. RECOMMENDED USE
Usually it is taken 1 to 4 times daily: after breakfast, with lunch, after a training session, one hour before going to bed. Method of preparation: Dissolve 35 g of powder (ca. 7 flat tablespoonfuls) in ca. 100–180 ml (ca. 1 glass) of boiled and cooled milk or in ca. 100–180 ml (ca. 1 glass) of boiled and cooled water, stir thoroughly. Using a blender is recommended. Take immediately after preparation.
