DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take 1 level scoop of Energized Xpand with 480ml of water, juice or your favorite beverage 2 times daily. Pre-Workout: Take 1 serving of Energized Xpand 30 minutes before your workout. Post-Workout: Take 1 serving of Energized Xpand 15-45 minutes after your workout.
