Can be used to combat iron deficiency in, pregnancy, slimmers, elderly, athletes, women with heavy menstruation and Vegetarians. Do not 'self-diagnose' iron deficiency. Seek medical advice before taking iron supplements. This product contains iron which, if taken in excess can be harful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Non-absorbed iron can accumulate in the body and cause constipation, diarrhoea or nausea. Iron interacts with some forms of medication including Deferoxamine, Chorhexidine and Penicillamine. Dosage Adults 1 cap daily.
