DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take 1 or 2 tablets in the morning and 1 or 2 tablets 6 to 8 hours later, each time on an empty stomach with 240ml of water. Do not exceed 6 tablets in any 24-hour period and do not exceed cycling guidelines. Important Cycling Information: Use in cycles that include 5 days on and 2 days off per week.
